Schedule Changes

You would like to change from on-level to advanced options -- Pre-AP or AP.

You are a senior and you are not scheduled for a course required for graduation.

You are misplaced in a course (no prerequisite, already earned max allowable credit, etc...)

You do not have a full schedule

All schedule change requests must be submitted within the first 10 days of class. The final date for submitting requests is Wednesday, August 21st.

To request a schedule change, please complete the Fall Request to change schedule ‘24-25 form.

Submit the completed form by the August 21st deadline.

Schedule change requests will be reviewed by your alpha counselor. Decisions will be based on the eligibility requirements, availability of classes, and overall impact on the student's academic progress.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Students will be notified of the decision via email within three business days after submitting the request. If approved, the changes will be reflected in your schedule as soon as possible.
