Loss of Credit

Loss of credit is based upon the 90% attendance rule. When students reach the attendance limit, they are called into their house office to inform them of how many seat time hours they have; where and when they are required to complete these hours. All students have access to their seat time hours on their Focus account. If they have any additional questions, then they may stop by their house office.

If a student is denied credit or is pending credit denial due to excessive absences, the student may make up seat time prior to the first day of final exams.

Credit will be awarded upon successful completion of all seat time hours.

If seat time hours are not completed, students may recover credit during summer school.
